Rasengan

No idea who the cosplayer is ((unfortunately)), so if it's you, please let me know so you can take credit for your awesome costume! I did take the liberty of photoshopping the rasengan so it's all glowy and whatnot ((the cosplayer had a blue ball which helped me out)).
